Colorblind mode is missing

The most common form of colorblindness is red/green colorblind, but several critical game systems have fixed color-coding with no options or overrides available. This affects traversing the map and combat in game-breaking ways.

@karchayne I've also been having significant difficulty with the map. I can't tell the colors apart. It makes it pretty challenging to figure out where I'm going and where I've been. I don't have combat problems with the "red glow" when attacked by unblockable stuff because the animation is different, but reading the map is definitely a challenge due to the colors.
