Conflicting Save Files Cause Crash (PS4)

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Conflicting save files can be created, causing the game to crash on load.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get two different accounts Each has their own save file, in my case one was completed and another was only an hour or so into the game. Open the game on the account with the completed story.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes on start up.
What do you expect to see? For it to not crash on startup.

Two different accounts with their own save files had the same save file name "SaveGame00". On my account (which had significantly more progression and was 53MB in size) crashed whenever the game was opened approx. half a second after the first logo started. The other account, which was only an hour into the game and had a file size of 5MB, would run smoothly.

    I've found that the smaller 5MB file is NOT the other save file: they're both in the 50MB one. Back up the small one for safety, then delete it. Both accounts should keep their progress.
