I doubt the game will change how it ran from the Beta. You will see the same temperatures. As for your Temps, these are fine. 60-70 C is decent especially considering you have a stock cooler in a Mini-ITX build, which is a very small case. If you are able to fit a smaller aftermarket CPU cooler in your case, I would advise this and it will help your temperatures. Other than that, if you cannot fit any aftermarket coolers, then I would advise removing the heatsink and re-applying new thermal paste, as the old stuff may be getting dried out.
I see that you are running an AMD system. AMD's are known to run much hotter than Intel as they use alot more power, and that power is converted into more heat. How is 68-69 C not acceptable? This is a safe temp to be at and won't cause any problems. You also stated that you are overclocking your CPU, which will cause even more heat. SWBF is a very CPU intensive game and will run at a higher CPU usage and thus a higher temp than other games.
I see that you are also running an AMD system. As I stated above, AMD is known to run a bit higher temps than Intel. Especially because this is a very CPU intensive game, you will see higher temps than other games.

It seems you used to work with Laptops where 80 degrees CPU is high but normal temperature.
Each processor series have unique idle and high temperature parameters.
Check the attached PrintScreen from AMD official site. That is why 68-69 C is unacceptable.
As I sad 65 C is in Red Zone for my Phenom 2 x6 1100T.
Sure I put out any overclock while testing the temperature ~ 2 degress diffrence in other games. Not much.
Temperature in SWBF doesn't stop rising. I am sure it won't stop on 69 C if I let it work more.

GPU temp is ~59-60 C in SWBF and my Aerocool Strike-X case with multiple well-tuned vents does good airflow.
This can't be a problem.
Anyway, I got your point. It is just CPU intensive game.
I'll think about Water Cooling and new Processor as well. But I should also think over if I need to make changes for just only 1 game while every other games (maybe even more CPU oriented) work well.

I solved my problem.
It was CPU Voltage in Bios. Forgot to turn it back after overclock. Now temp is not higher 52C.
