Crash after logos

I can install and play Fallen Order once. After coming back to the game it will crash after showing the EA, LucasArts and Fallen Order logos but before loading the main menu. Restarts, driver updates have no effect. After uninstalling and reinstalling Fallen Order I can play the game one time. Quitting and trying to launch the game after the first time causes the same crash at the same point. The EA Desktop app does not have a repair option to verify integrity, and Origin does not recognize I have Fallen Order installed (presumably because my EA Pass through Xbox Pass and Origin can't handle that.)

    @MrPryor13 Sorry to say but you are far below the minimum requirements for Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. You are missing a stand alone GPU and CPU is also below the requirements.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    OS: 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
    Processor (AMD): FX-6100 or Equivalent
    Processor (Intel): i3-3220 or Equivalent
    Memory: 8 GB
    Graphics card (AMD): Radeon HD 7750 or Equivalent
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 650 or Equivalent
    DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or Equivalent
    Hard-drive space: 55 GB

    Hey, @beanbag1605  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

     

    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with JFO and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    Sorry for this but i have the same problem.

    The game starts and then crashes after showing the EA, LucasArts and Fallen Order logos but before loading the main menu.

    I only play once and then I turn off the pc and after this i have not been possible to launch it!

    please help me here i send you my dxDiag.
