Yeah, hopefully they introduce a slider rather than set refresh rates. If you haven't already attempted it; use the local save file and temporarily disable the cloud save and go into
%AppData%\Local\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
which you may have already done, just checking. Also try setting it to read-only after you make said changes.
Your best bet right now is to cap the game at 90, then run something like Rivatuner or PrecisionX and manually cap your game at 62. I'm not super knowledgeable about adaptive vsync, but Nvidia has said for GSync users like myself to cap 2-3 FPS below the target refresh rate in order to get the best results. FWIW, this game feels like it was made for console, if I go over 60+ fps on my 240hz monitor the game starts getting wonky and I start crashing. There's gotta be a PC performance fix due soon.
