Daily Challenge Skips Not Refreshing After Timer Completes

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. 1) Play the game and use skips on Daily Challenges 2) Close the game 3) Wait until the Daily Challenges reset 4) Open the game 5) Check the CHALLENGES tab in the main menu 6) Notice that the skips have not been refreshed, even though they are supposed to refresh with the Daily Challenges 7) Wait until the Skips timer completes 8) Notice that you still do not have any skips available, even after multiple days of waiting

How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? The Skips that you can use to change your Daily Challenges are not refreshing after the allotted wait time, thus never being able to Skip any Daily Challenges on new days once you have skipped 2 Daily Challenges.
What do you expect to see? The Skips should always be set to 2 at the start of a "new day" when the pool of Daily Challenges resets as well.

The other 2 people that I consistently play with are also experiencing this issue with their Skips never refreshing, so I imagine that it is a very widespread problem.
