Darth Vader QTE/Cinematic bug at Inquisitors Fortress. CANNOT PROGRESS.

Summarize your bug After completing the Darth Vader QTE in the corridor after going up the elevator, directly after the cutscene, the game bugs and Vader is no longer there and the game cannot progress any further. This happened after completing the scene initially and my character fell through the water.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the game up to that point, complete the QTE and successfully load the cutscene, then watch as your character proceeds to fall through the water, you die, you respawn just before the QTE/Cutscene.
What happens when the bug occurs? QTE loads, completes, then locks you out of progressing/doesn't load in the cutscene cinematic.
What do you expect to see? Completing the cutscene, resuming as normal and actually progression on.

Elevator texture is gone. Darth Vader becomes invisible but is definitely still there. The game doesn't load the full cinematic.
