- @DrAssquatch Yea seems to not be working at least on PS4, this will definitely need a patch. For both kinds of players that are a part of this thread. There are multiple problems with this part of the game but all require one solution, a way back to the mantis, if they could make that, the problems would be solved.
For clarity, this is during the mission where you go to Dathomir, not when you go there early (out of sequence). This is for the bridge at the Night brothers area, where there are arrow men on top of the castle shooting down at you. I initially died at this point and the bridge disappeared. No matter how many times I respawned the bridge was gone and there looks like a long skinny branch in its place, but you can’t jump on it.
I was about to give up on the game until I hit pause and quit, and did the meditate at the last mediate point. I may even had hit the rest button again (not sure), but maybe give that a try while you’re in the meditate state. See if that helps?
Hopefully they patch this soon. EA is trash.
Best of luck!

This thread seems to be getting confusing so I thought I'd reply directly to you.
Nightbrother Bridge is back!
After the bridge at Nightbrothers village dissappeared, I restarted the game, respawned in the area just before the force pushed stone wall and narrow passageway to the village. But, instead of progressing in that direction, I backtracked and explored everywhere other than that direction. I used another meditation circle, died and respawned a couple of times. I went back to the area just before the village and the force push wall was still intact - good sign. I moved into the village area and the bridge was back in its upright position. I force pulled the bridge and was able to get beyond the village by running over the bridge and to the left then sliding down a muddy path.
So, I guess just go to another meditation circle save, and go back to the village?
Hope this helps. - @WarayClaro Ignorance is no excuse, i went to dath first and played up until i met the old man and needed double jump to move on, at which point it states i can't jump that far yet, if you keep attempting and make it, that is your own fault.
But for people that played the campaign properly and had force push but it bugged later on, then that's not their fault. - @nemhook I see where you’re coming from but the game does not explicitly say you NEED double jump to get across the jump, of course when faced with something like this with no indication or the game not showing/telling you you shouldn’t go that way, people will assume it’s possible and try it. Think about it, if we were playing a game and hadn’t watched a tutorial on what to do and we got to a part where there’s a section of the game where it looks like you could progress if you tried hard enough, and the game didn’t tell you you aren’t supposed to go that way, I’d assume it’s safe to go that way. They should have had something or some pop-up saying that they shouldn’t proceed without the needed abilities, because even early in the game you’re told you can either got to Dathomir or the other planet. Idk, I got there legit and went to all the other planets beforehand and the bridge is just glitched but I can see where people thought that continuing on, even on a difficult but apparently possible jump, is alright and part of the game because the game told them they could go to that planet. But, I see your point, trying to push the game too far and make a jump that might clearly need added abilities might be a stretch but it’s not like the game instructed you not to do so, some might even believe you’re supposed to make it, or you’re supposed to be able to jump there.
@nemhook Okay, so I was probably one of the first to discover the bug with getting past the jump, and if you read my bug report you would know that I stated that on my attempt I seemed to gain a double jump just this one time, so by using your logic this is my fault how??? I'd also like to point out that I used to be a games tester and the point of testing a game is to ensure that players can't break it. No matter how all the other victims of these bugs got there, it is the failing of the developer that it occurred in the first place, particularly as Dathomir is a location the game does not prevent you from heading to our of sequence, in fact in many respects the narrative encourages it!
- @Robrobot007 Thank you, I’ll have to agree that this is all on the side of the developers. This planet just seems to cause problems. I get on every day trying to try new things in order to hopefully get the bug resolved and get the bridge to spawn. But to no avail, I’ll just have to probably wait till there’s a patch, if there is one on the way. Thanks for your input, I don’t think it’s players fault at all for these situations

Hi all, we are trying to reproduce the "trick jump" that gets you across the chasm before you've gotten Double Jump. This is the jump right after meeting the Stranger in the robe, which shouldn't be possible.
Could anyone point me toward a video of this jump being made? Doing our best here to patch this -- as being able to make this jump is what leads to other progression blockers further into Dathomir, which you should not be able to access at this point in the game.
Thank you!
- @DaveRespawnAcct It should be after you talk to the man in the black cloak. There’s also a problem for people who got across the jump the correct way and died on the bridge in the nightbrothers hideout that people (like myself) are running into. The bridge disappears and you are completely unable to backtrack or progress.
- @DaveRespawnAcct I also have had the bridge disappear, rendering the game unplayable. I managed to glitch my back towards my ship and switch planets, but when I returned to progress through the story, the bridge is still nowhere to be found.
