Dathomir Multiple Exploration bugs

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Summarize your bug After completing the Dathomir story campaign I returned to pick up any missed crates and collectibles. However, I neglected to active one of the lifts near the Nightbrother village that connected to the main level just before the ruins. This means that I have no way of getting back down to the lower levels to collect the cosmetics, lore, and secrets abandoned below.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just don't use the elevators while going through the story and then try to get back down to the lower levels.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot access previously explored areas.
What do you expect to see? Either have the nightbrother bridge's gate be open after your complete the planet or allow us to use the giant slide, which is currently death gated, so we can travel down below again. This is located just before the climbable lichen before the zeffo ruins. Another option is to have all elevators green and unlocked once you complete the story here.

    Hey mate, this isn’t actually a bug, I did this same thing. You just have to go through Treacherous Approach and fall down onto the slide platforming instead of jumping over to the entrance of Nightmare Ruins and go back around. Takes a while but is doable.

    Sorry mate, but there is a death floor there for me. I was with support about this before I posted. When I try to engage the slide, the "fall" animation occurs and respawns me with lost health.

    @Macabre_MistI have the exact same issue. It just enters a death animation when attempting to use the slide. I have spent 4 hours trying to get the lower levels with no luck. I also have a chest that will not prompt to slice. Frustrating.

    *EDIT* Update:

      I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.  After resuming play I was able to use the slide to get to the lower levels and unlock the elevator.   It also fixed my glitched chest!  Worth a try if all else fails.

    @EA_Atic  Having the same problem, the slide is gone and can't reach Collapsed Settlement, Halls of the Nydak or Swamp of Sacrifice any more.

    If it's the slide I'm thinking of on Dathomir, you only go through the death scenario if you fall on the left side of the ledge as far as I recall. Falling from the right side of it allows you to use the slide.

    There is also no need to backtrack to that slide to get collectibles, as you can easily repeat the climb where Gorgara grabs you right after defeating her. It's also pretty quick to backtrack straight to that spot from where the battle leaves off by using the same route you got to her lair from the first time.

    I swear, 99% of the navigation problems in this game are caused by the user not paying enough attention to the surroundings.
