Didnt get the "Completed game" achievement - All Platforms

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I finished the story mode and didnt get the achievement. I checked and the medals till mission 7 were gone. I restarted the game and all medals were gone.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Mission overview
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 03.10.2020
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play, but it's highly frustrating
What happens when the bug occurs? I finished the game on veteran but didnt get the achievement. The medals disappear when i restart the game.
What do you expect to see? I want to keep my eaened medals and i wamt to get the achievement when i finish the game.
Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." None

Same here on PS4 except its all medals until mission 10. I just redid mission 1, got some medals, played Fleet Battle once and came back to find the medals disappeared once more.

I am on the very last mission, and have done everything up to this point on Ace. I'm about to beat it on Ace. I earned 3-4 Ace medals on every single mission up to this point.
And they're almost all gone now. I have exactly two medals, for mission 13. Everything else is wiped.
I don't know that I have ever been as angry at a video game as I am right now. Getting to this point was insanely difficult, and now that progress is just... gone.
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

  Quick update: beat it on Ace, got three medals on the final mission... did not get the achievement/challenge for beating it. Fun fun.

    [PC - Steam] I didn't get the achievement for beating the campaign on any of the difficulties but I did get the skins for XWing and TIE.
    EDIT: I was able to get my achievements. Missions 1 and 2 were the only missions that I didn't have medals for. I reran them on Ace and the achievements popped.

  I feel your pain man! Although I did it all on Pilot and only recently restarted on Ace. I think I'll give it a miss until they patch it. Multiplayer only for the time being.
