EA Advisors not helping me with my ban appeal

I clicked on the appeal option because my Apex Legends account was hacked long ago, resulting in one ban. Now, it’s been three days since I reached out for help, and I haven’t received any emails from support. Despite reading the terms and conditions and following various guides, I’m still waiting for assistance to unlink my Steam account. I’ve watched numerous videos and tried following other users' advice, but I still have no response, no unban, and no unlinking.
