EA servers currently unavailable BF4 and SW:BF

Ok as title says, I cannot for the life connect to EA servers for BF4 or SW:BF.  worked fine Thursday 19th, when I first installed SW:BF went to play it on Friday 20th, and it wouldn't connect to servers in either of them.

so I assumed it was cause the SW:BF servers had been overloaded by players joining and what have you. so tried again Saturday 21st and still no luck in joining servers, so created a ticket to yarn with someone who reads a script to work out whats wrong,

mind you, I had done all trouble shooting prior contacting them, and they wouldn't listen when I told them of the bat that I had done all of it already. except for a UOTrace, which to attach to my case I had to create a new case, as I hadn't received an email in regards to first case.

so after a while of going round in circles with these guys,   I uninstall SW:BF a 2nd time and re-install (which I do not plan on doing every time I wish to play any of the EA games) once it re-installed I was able to connect to the servers.

but I go to play it again today sunday 22nd and lo behold, I CANNOT F****ING CONNECT TO EA SERVERS.

so either its SW:BF that is f****ing up or its just my console I don't know. but am very disappointed that I cannot play either of my games due to this fact, be it some kind of bug in the code of SW:BF thats causing this to occur or its just my console I don't know yet. but any suggestions/help on preventing it from doing this everytime I go to play it the next day would be good...

console: XO

Net: wireless (RJ45 port went poof)
