EGS Purchase Not Working

I'm having the same issue. Ticket submitted and I can't even find the link to chat online with someone.
I found the Fix.
basically exit Origin App and EPIC App then launch EPIC App as Admin. (I also launched Origin as Admin)
Then when you attempt to launch or install from EPIC, it works!!
