EPIC - EA game install and link error

Hi I bought a game on epic, now when i click install on epic the first time i logged in in the wrong ea account, one where i don't have games, i logged out and unlinked the account on the EA portal.

now if I click install on epic the EA login window pop ups but if i login with the correct account then it throws me an error on login:

Something went wrong...

We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later.

on the ea app I am logged in fine in the correct account.

also if i look on the portal for the correct account epic doesn't even appear on the list.

what should i do?
