Are you gamesharing with someone else or do you have multiple accounts on your EA account?

Did anything change with your account when this started happening? Did you add another gamertag or PSN ID to it maybe?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo No. Just started happening last week. Was fine until then. I can connect if I use my phone as a hotspot but nothing else

Then the issue is either with your ISP or your equipment. Are you sure you followed the steps I provided previously for power cycling?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo I was looking into it more and I play shared with 2 people around Xmas. (Play share. The one where it let's someone take over your game for an hour)
Other than that I have tried
Cold reset ps4
Replaced my router
Reinstalled squadrons
Deactivated a potential 2nd ea account
Re connected ea to pin
Tried having my ps4 in DMZ
Tried opening ports (have done this correct as far as I can tell.)
Restored licenses
Rebuilt database
I have no idea any more. My isp are pretty much saying its not them, and you guys are saying to talk to my isp.
It connects if I use my phone as a hotspot though. None of it makes sense anymore lol - EA_Aljo5 years ago

Most reports I see of this are due to sharing the game. Are there still others you're sharing with?

I don't know what else it could be then. The best I can advise is to try contacting an advisor again to see if they have anything else to suggest.

I'm having the same issue. PS4. I've never game-shared.
- 5 years ago@brady1138 Its infuriating that there isn't a more recent step by step guide. Only things to do with battlefront 2 (which is working fine on my ps4)

Did you try everything that was suggested for Battlefront 2? They can still apply to Squadrons.

Yep, I've done everything that @Puddle_Nails78 has done. Still nothing. It's a shame, I literally bought this ps4 to play this one game with my old X-Wing crew.

I'm really sorry for the frustration. I loved the X-Wing and Tie Fighter games so I can understand your disappointment with not being able to play. Unfortunately, I just can't think of anything else to try so it would be best to contact an advisor according to the instructions I previously provided. If they get this resolved, can you let me know what it was that fixed this for you? Thanks!

I managed to get hold of my brother who is a telecommunications specialist. Changed PORT TRIGGERING to enable the port forwarding codes required for squadrons/ps4 - EA_Aljo5 years ago

A friend of mine has the same issue. We logged on with his account on my computer with the same error.
This is an account issue and not a local issue
