Did you also try the DNS servers mentioned in the link?
Did all of that. Still 721. Can someone at your end please stop sending me links. I didn’t change anything here and it just stopped working.

Can't pickout a UID for us individually, especially those who have created cases?

Also, @EA_Aljo - part of the known pattern of behavior that should be included w/the escalation is that the 721 error occurs and persists ONLY when CROSS PLAY is active.
Once it is turned off, it states that the EA server connection has been restored. However, no matches will ever become available to join. - 5 years ago
Could it be to severe hacker activity , because it's very typical that I've been playing for an hour now , and it only seems to happen during key moments.

Heya dekkers - The pattern doesn't present itself as having opportunistic games that we can get into and play successfully, sometimes.
If it was partially working, could be the reason.
For three weeks now, for a pile of users on both PC and Consoles, it is 721 error every time we try to play. - EA_Aljo4 years ago

What is the next step to escalating with CS and Engineering about the issue that is impacting a variety of players?
They have ID's now and can pinpoint or pick out the 721 error.
Do they want time/date stamps to RCA? - 4 years ago

iv not played for a few weeks up until last night
error 721
iv tried running game as admin, same error
iv changed DNS, same error
iv opened ports, still same error
changing cross play option to off allows me to sign in without error and use my own custom ships, changing cross play to 'on' during match against AI causes me to be signed out with the same error
im happy playing the single player/ AI matches for now as im testing the limits with my new GPU, im just posting the above with what iv done to try and fix the situation as per error 721 on other EA/origin games

For sure, we've all done the same and more mickee.
Even with VPN's and other connections, we've eliminated the possibility or a local config issue.
