How do I fix this issue?

Could it be to severe hacker activity , because it's very typical that I've been playing for an hour now , and it only seems to happen during key moments.
Heya dekkers - The pattern doesn't present itself as having opportunistic games that we can get into and play successfully, sometimes.
If it was partially working, could be the reason.
For three weeks now, for a pile of users on both PC and Consoles, it is 721 error every time we try to play.
