Error Code 327 PS4

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Trying to access multiplayer/online.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can't play
What happens when the bug occurs? Error Code 327 says lost connection to EA servers but I have access to the internet.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play online.

    327 is obviously related to sharing but ea support denies any knowledge. Have attempted repeatedly to get any help and they just follow the same udp port script. I shared the game with another playstation I own. Then purchased the game again for that account. After purchase it has been nothing but error 327. Playstation won't help and ea support is pathetic. a waste of $40

    Reinstalled, changed DNS Server, restarted console, everything etc. cannot connect to ea severs for this game specifically. I am able to play BFV, Rainbow Six Siege, Ghost of Tsushima Legends, fall guys, anything else... If I cannot get a fix, a refund will be requested as the game is not functioning.

    I have been trying for the past 3 hours to get rid of this error code. Could someone please help me. I am at a loss.

    I'm having 327 on start up, then disconnects in menu that return Error 721. If I toggle Crossplay off I can play, but everyone has it toggled on so I can only start my own custom. This is infuriating! This same error stopped me playing for 6 months before. I've tried:

    - Game reinstall

    - Changing my DNS

     

    - Changing my EA account password
