error has occured while trying to process your request
I am trying to redeem my product code and all I keep getting is "An error has occured while trying to process your request. Please try again later" Is it a server or network thing?

Community Admin@digitolwonder What system are you trying to use? I assume it's a game code on Origin but i'd like to be sure.
If so, are you using the website or Origin client?
How many digits is the code?

Hey, I had the same problem earlier with a product code redemption. It gave me that error message and then when I tried again later it said that the code had already been used, but the games aren't in my library and this is the third time I've had to reach out for help today.
I am doing this through the client, refreshed the game page multiple times, logged out and back in to Origin and have reinstalled the client.
I just want the games I paid for (Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection).
Can someone please just reply to me?
