Solved by re-installing the graphic card drivers via Control Panel -> Device Manager

this error can have a lot of root causes - please provide a DxDiag file (here's how) that I can take a look into, that should help to narrow down the culprit here. Feel free to tag me once it's done.
this my dx diag log..... this error... 'Program IGOProxy64.exe stopped working' .... suddenly came to my origin this week.....
i have tried to download and install C++ Redistributable packages 2015, but this error still there....
plz, help me.... how to fix this??

thanks for the DxDiag file. This seems to be related to DirectX9 - could you try to download the latest version from the Microsoft Website and install it from there? Let me know how that works out for you. Also make sure to run this as admin.
Dx9 setup cant installed because.....
"DirectX Setup has determined that a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No installation is necessary"
