Solved by re-installing the graphic card drivers via Control Panel -> Device Manager

Dx9 setup cant installed because.....

Hey @arni-GX,

sorry for the late reply, was out of office for a few days.

There was another user reporting the exact same symptoms where it was related to another software (Riva statistics server) - find more info in this thread.

Therefore I would recommend performing a clean boot and disabling any unnecessary software to find out what the culprit might be. Here's how you do that.
