Fallen Order -- skill tree frozen

Skill tree is locking up.

Played thru Bogano, Zeffo, Kashyyyk and now on Dathomir. Has worked up until this point. Now, I cannot navigate around skills - only moves 1 space from where it starts - and when selecting an open skill (with 5 points to spend) it does not allow it to be learned. 

Have exited the game, rebooted the console, checked for updates (none). Not much else I can see to do. 
Now EA won't let me report a bug without posting here?

Help?!

    Neither getting rid of local data nor reinstalling the game worked. 

    Removing my account from the console and re-adding it did tho.

    @weathertop_ertt, oh alright, that's a pretty drastic method. But in that case I have the feeling that maybe some saved data got corrupted and that is why removing your profile & adding it again has worked.
