Falling through Kashyyyk Elevator

Summarize your bug After defeating the Ninth Sister on Kashyyyk there’s an elevator you have to take eventually, a little bit after you defeat a purge trooper stationed in a corridor I believe. As far as I can tell the elevator is the only way to get back to the main areas, the only problem is my game repeatedly causes Cal to fall through the elevator floor and to the bottom. There’s no way to get back up and I have to go back to my save, the problem persists repeatedly. I saw someone else posted about this issue and said it didn’t have anything to do with their graphics quality.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to that specific elevator, I believe it’s the one that takes a shortcut to a refinery? Either way it has a purge trooper stationed nearby in a short corridor.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal falls through the floor of the elevator maybe midway through the transition, as the elevator is going up. I think what’s happening is related to how the game generally stutters (assumingly because it’s rendering/loading in the upper levels of the map, past the elevator,) and the bug happens during some of that stuttering.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully a fix for this issue, or a way to bypass the elevator.
Cal falling through elevator in Kashyyyk, no apparent way to bypass this, kinda game breaking since I have to keep reloading the same save, fighting past the same troopers only to fall through the floor again.
