Perfect, thanks. What happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch the game? I'm curious if there might be something else running on your PC that's related to the game not accepting the inputs from the HOTAS.

- @EA_Kent Just to be clear though, the game does accept input from the hotas. I can navigate through all the menus with the hotas. It’s only once I launch into the flight part of the game that it doesn’t accept inputs from anything, including keyboard.

It's definitely strange that it wouldn't even accept keyboard inputs. I'm wondering if there's something else that's taking window focus while the game is running.
Do you use any overlays while you're playing?
