'Fraudulent activity'

I'm a 16 year old EA gamer, I stick to the Sims 4 as it's been an obsession of mine. As of recent I've made purchases adding up to more than R3000 on a credit card I've had to stop regarding a scam I was involved in, now I have no way to get a refund or have the products (expansion packs, stuff packs ect.) I've paid for, does anyone have a solution or someone I could address the problem with.

    Hey @yourmomzfav,

    I'm not sure I entirely understand what the problem is. Has your EA account been hacked? Is that why you can't get to your Sims content anymore?

    The purchase's I've made in February have been removed from my account under suspicion of fraud, I've reached out to an advisor to proceed with my case, due to the suspicion of fraud however over R3000 worth of packs have been removed, I'm unable to be refunded this money as I had to cancel my last card due to a scam. So I can't get my money back or the product I payed for!
