Game - killing bug - in Cal's memory, Force Slow does NOT stop the fan.

my wife is having the same problem, generally and unpredictably, with Slow.  not just with fans, but that's generally where it's most crucial that the effect last more than a split-second.  the targets are always showing blue, she faces them properly, and more than half of the time, the effect doesn't last at all long enough to get past the obstacle - one second at most, usually more like 1/5 of a second.  the power is fully upgraded and it doesn't matter whether she taps or holds the trigger (this is on Xbox with default controls).
