Thanks @Hallow_Knights 🙂 That it's only happening with JFO and not other EA games is good to know. Can I ask, was JFO bought directly from the Origin store? If yes, are you happy for me to look into that as much as I can from the forums for you? I'd like to see if I can if there was an issue there causing this error to pop up.

@EA_Lanna I bought it on steam, but orignal I installed it using steam then I unistalled it and installed by Origin. I then bought the delux upgrade from Origin (today). It is succesfully in my Origin library. @EA_Lanna You can look as much as possible.
