Game failed to load shader map missing WorldGridMaterial

Hi, 

Sorry about the delay there in replying to the thread. I'll do my best to look into it for you both.

@Hallow_Knights, a few follow-up questions and an ask here:

  1. Can you confirm if the EA account you're posting from here is the same account you have the Base game on? 
  2. During the installation of JFO, was it interrupted at any point? 
  3. Could you attach a DxDiag to your reply please? This EA Help article will outline how to grab one.  

@Alekxandr789, to be clear can I ask you to clarify somethings:

  1. Did you also buy the game from Steam?
  2. Did you also install it from Steam originally as Hallow_Knights described earlier, or was the initial installation from Origin?
  3. During the installation of JFO, was it interrupted at any point?
  4. It would be great to have a DxDiag from you too in your reply. Check out this EA Help article for guidance on how to gather one.

@EA_Lanna At first I downloaded the license torrent separately, then I installed it through Origin (I bought it there too). The game was later updated to the latest version. This error occurred at startup. I even reloaded the game, but it did not help. Installation was not interrupted.
