I'm having the same issue with all controls when playing in VR. I use a logitech joystick and keyboard. The joystick is entirely unresponsive and I can only push TAB on the keyboard, which pulls up an overlay in game but no other input works. I have to use the windows key or alt-tab to close the game window. Have not tried outside VR yet but will try. It started a week or so ago after an update and always happens on the second mission. Quitting and restarting the game fixes it for one mission only.
