Glitching through floor at beginning of game making it unplayable.

Summarize your bug During the dream sequence where cal is on an empire ship when he opens the last door as soon as the door opens cal falls through the floor eventually killing him, and making me restart on the train, only to have it happen again. i have tried to fix it by making new saves and uninstalling the game then reinstalling but it never is fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game up to the part after he saves prauf and gets on the train, follow him until the empire hallway appears, open the last door in it.
What happens when the bug occurs? the cut scene starts, and the door opens, making the cut scene stop and cal fall through the floor killing him and restarting from the beginning.
What do you expect to see? the cut scene.

Summarize your bug My game gets stuck in the dream scene during the intro. Each time the cut scene plays on the train, my character drops through the floor and falls until he dies. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and this happens every time. I’m unable to play the game. I’m playing on PS4 Pro, via EA play. I have also turned on Performance mode and turned off share user data as these are the only fixes I’ve read about to this point. Does anyone else have this issue?

What happens when the bug occurs? Character dies and I can’t proceed
What do you expect to see? The normal version of the game that is playable.

I think it may be the EA play. I’m not sure but I’m having the same problem downloaded from EA play.

I just found the fix. Probably late but if you pull up the pause menu it gives it enough time to let the assets load.

This is also probably very late but for any future reference I was directed to reset my game license in account management and then restart my PS4. Then to reboot it in safe mode. It fixed the glitch for me

Summarize your bug During the turtorial dream when Cal faces his Master[which you can't see the master at all ] and his Master picks Cal up with the force then tells him to trust the Force. What happens next looks like Cal's Master drops him and Cal falls through the floor of the Shuttle and Free Falls to his Death.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? During playing the Turtorial play up to Cal's Dream on the shuttle when he meets his Master.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not progress any further in the game at all. The game is UNplayable after that
What do you expect to see? I want some one to fix this and I want to play the game that I paid for.

I have read about Uninstalling the game and Reinstalling it. I've done that 5 times now and still nothing. I can only play up to the Tutorial dream part then I can not progress any future in the game. I paid for the Deluxe Addition  and can't enjoy the game at all. I'm so Angry. I don't want my money back I want to play with the game I paid for. Well I've Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game so many times now just to see if it would fix the Bug but it does not. I just want to play my game and have fun. Please fix this Problem.
