Graphics Card Not Good Enough

Hi, this is a quick post aimed for the Origin people. I recently bought Star Wars Battlefont and my computer's graphics card is not good enough for it. I've been waiting for a while now and there hasn't been any update on it, and when I see the details page on the status of the refund for Battlefront, it says the page does not exist. I would just like to alert Origin of this and I want to know if this is normal or not. If not, what can I do to make sure that my refund is completed and I didn't just waste $60. Thanks!

The Origin Great Game Guarantee is only good for 24 hours.  However, I have heard of people getting a refund after the deal is up by contacting an EA Game Adviser @  http://help.ea.com  and it is determined that your PC specs are not up to par with the game.

I did return it within the 24 hour refund period, but whenever I check my page for the an update from Origin about it being refunded or some kind of alert, the page that I am directed to gives me the 404 Error, and I'm worried that my refund was canceled and now I wasted my money.

Most of EA's websites are sensitive to your choice of browser, and especially any add-ons / plugins that you have enabled.  Faced with anomalous browser behavior such as what you have seen, disable all such optional additions, flush out the browser cache, and then restart both browser and Origin to try contact once again.
