Haxion fight pit bug

I just got captured on zeffo and taken to the haxion fight pit to kill the bounty hunter. The only problem is that when i spawned in ordo eris i didnt have my bd 1 but the game registers it being with me as i hear its little sounds that it makes, i also cant heal either because he is not physically on my player. When I kill the bounty hunter and the mantis spawns to take my back the game freezes for a sec then unfreezes just to have the game glitch out when I enter the mantis. While I'm in the mantis everyone has disappeared, I can't explore the whole ship, when I look outside the ship its just space but I can walk on it, and when I interact with the holocron to go to another planet it just doesn't let me. All the planets are invisible but can be highlighted but I can't travel to them or back out of the holocron once interacted with. So I highly doubt that there is a solution for this as I feel like my game is corrupted at this point. But if someone has a solution please tell me as I'm 83% done with the game. (This is my 2nd journey playing btw)
