So i'm wondering how will the HDR system work for this game?  is it going to be: Option A: you enable HDR in windows and then go to the and enable it in settings or Option B: You can just enable ...

    Set the game to full screen, it should allow you to enable HDR then.

      @DarthFDG not yet cause its not just a hdr issue i'm also not getting 4K when i cast it to my tv via geforce stream

        That doesn't sound like an "HDR Support" issue, so you should mark this one resolved and open an another for the 4K issue. You'll likely get better response that way.
