how do i go about getting a refund?
I pre ordered the limited edition of the game...got it home, popped it in the xbox and installed. Played for less then 20 minute and I realize the game blows chunks. I want my money back

Well since you bought the physical copy, you will have to take it back to the store you got it from @Zero_Requlem.
Keep in mind they usually don't ever take back opened copies, and if its gamestop they will offer you not much as a trade in for a different game.
