How do I report an offensive name?
In several games, I have noticed extremely grotesque, offensive, and racist names. How do I report these?

Search their name through Origin and report profile from there.
EA takes offensive names seriously and accounts with such names will be restricted.
- You report an offensive name through xbox live. An actual company or developer will not take action against that unless the offensive name or avatar is right here on the forums.
I suggest you make a post asking dice to add an in game reporting system and a reporting system for the forums and the mobile app.
Or you can jus do what I do and ignore it, you're probably not the only person that has seen this offensive name so he probably won't have it for long.
Take it from someone who has had their gamertag banned on multiple occasions, from xbox live and the destiny forums. They ban people on that forum for jus talking * about the game.
Don't worry in due time that name will be gone.
