I can't install Jedi Fallen Order bough on EPIC

Hi, when I try to install the game "Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order" that I bought on EPIC GAMES STORE, I get a "Something went wrong" message on the EA App. I've tried many things, and nothing has worked. From EPIC support, they instructed me to contact EA support to find a solution to this problem.

EA App is already installed and reinstalled on my PC, don´t know what I can do now, also can not send a ticket for support, don´t know why! HELP!
