i own star wars fallen order i bought on steam but it doesnt give me a key

ok so i bought jedi fallen order on steam and played it for a while before even being asked to provide a game key. now it is asking me and steam is refusing to give me a key for a game i bought with my own money. wtf should i do? it keeps shooting me back into my origin account as soon as i start up the game on my steam. i spent my money for nothing????

Hey there, @CanadianNK Could you try to clear your Origin cache and see if that helps. 🙂

well it still doesnt show on origin i own the game. it still wont let me into the game since i bought it on steam. this is really pissing me off. i got receipts and all. i either want to play my game or want my money back. steam is refusing to release my game key to me to rectify this and i am not getting a clear answer to my problem.
