ILUM ICE WALL GLITCH

Summarize your bug I am on planet Ilum and had made it to the ice wall where you need to use light to melt it, and i phased through the wall. This allowed me to finish everything within the cave but now i am stuck inside of the cave and my save file is already set to after i phased. I cannot progress the game as i cannot leave the cave. Please, a quick fix would be appreciated to prevent this from happening to another gamer.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to jump through the ice wall, you will most likely phase through if you go in at the right angle.
What happens when the bug occurs? You skip the whole puzzle and the game continues until you have to leave the cave.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the wall of ice gone, or this bug to not even be a possibility
