Im still banned with no response.
I've messaged you guys 15 times and not gotten a response about my ban. Who do I talk to about this? It's been almost a yr for my ban and no one from you TOL department or whatever it's called has emailed me back. And I don't wanna hear they did because I always check my email. I want someone who can actually help me for once

If you submitted 3 disputes and ToS declined to overturn the ban, it will need to remain in place. You can open a case with an advisor to have them check on the status of your disputes. That can be done here.
