Invalid account
I try to connect but I get an error telling me my account is invalid every time.

Nope. They still haven't fixed it over a month later.
I’ve been in the same boat for a full YEAR!!! I haveEA games I’ve paid for that I can’t play because of this BS issue. I’m in a loop of customer service calls and they can’t tell me when they’ll delete the account. My PS4 and Xbox gamertags are connected to an EA account with an email that I don’t have access too so they can’t verify that it’s my account so there’s no way for me to do anything until they delete and unconnected the accounts. Total BS!!!
