Inverting vertical axis on controller but not mouse

Is there any way to invert the vertical y axis on the controller without also inverting it on the mouse as well?  Or invert both the the controller and mouse y axis, but do it for vehicles only?

Being an RC Airplane user, I need the Y axis reversed in vehicles, but reversing the mouse y axis just doesn't work.

I hope to hear good news but I'm not holding my breath... this option is ignored in most games.
