Jedi Fallen Order crashes on startup (possible GPU issue)

I last played Jedi Fallen order about 7 months ago and it ran smoothly with no crashes. Now it crashes on every startup attempt just as the title screen comes in.

I've looked up some suggestions and have tried re-installing the game/the EA app, clearing EA app cache, executing the game as administrator, disabling fullscreen optimizations, removing the save files from the Saved Games folder, disabling overlay programs, all to no avail. The crash report makes me think the game simply isn't using my NVIDIA GPU. I have tried setting JFO to forcibly use it in the Windows graphics settings, but it still crashes seemingly for this reason. I have tried to roll back the driver as well (with the Display Driver Uninstaller) but the issue persists.

    I have about 16 hours into the game. Every time I go to launch the game over the last day, the game crashes in the same exact spot. I will see the Respawn screen, EA screen, Unreal Engine screen, Lucasfilm screen, title screen, and then on the final animation screen before the main menu loads, the game will crash every single time. Any help?
