Jedi fallen order darthomir loading screen glitch

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug When I was fighting malicos my game crash crashed and then I restarted my game an now when I interact with the door to fight Jaro Tapal I just get a white screen and I hear my self walking I can use my lightsaber and things but I only see a white screen and I’m stuck I have restarted the game my PlayStation I went back to my ship and went to another world and then came back to try again but just doen’t work and I really don’t want to restart because I spend a lot of hours in the game already
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I interact with the door I get a white screen
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a white screen
What do you expect to see? Seeing jaro tapal o fight him again after getting my new lightsaber/colors

I get a white screen when I interact with the door and get stuck the hole time I have tried anything😡😡😡😡....

    Summarize your bug White Screen on Dathomir not letting me progress through the story.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Kujet's Tomb on Dathomir and inspect the big door in the back of the room. It will lead you to a white screen that won't go away. You can move around and hear Cal in the background but what you see is just pure white.
    What happens when the bug occurs? You stay on that white screen until you either quit the game or restart your console.
    What do you expect to see? Whatever is supposed to happen. I don't know whats behind that door because of the white screen.

    Is there any way to fix this issue or do i just have to wait until EA patches this bug?
