Jedi Fallen Order does not lock the cursor to the screen.

Try as I might, I cannot get the game to lock the cursor to one monitor.

I've tried:

  • Windowed Mode
  • Windowed Fullscreen Mode
  • Fullscreen Mode
  • The above in non-native resolutions and full 4K native.
  • Disable all apps with overlays (not acceptable as a long term solution anyway - these work for every other gaming launcher platform on the market)
  • Disable on screen overlay in EA app

I've seen posted in other EA games the same issue with various solutions.  A few I will not attempt as the software should work without these requirements:

  • 3rd party cursor locks
  • Disabling other monitors manually or via Nvidia's control panel.

There are plenty of other games on the market for us to fight with the EA app's catalogue of games.

    Hey @Aazatgrabya,

    That's very odd indeed. So you're saying that even with the game in fullscreen mode, the cursor doesn't lock? Hmm, that's odd. Have you tried to update the drivers already of your GPU by any chance, if there are any updates available?

    same its really annoying. Just installed and the windows cursor is there, waving around the screen and distracting from the cinematics and gameplay. Utterly annoying.

    Sorry for necro-posting, but I found this with the 2025 May The Fourth discounted games.

    Able to reproduce on nVidia at 3840x2160 when using FullScreen.

    I switched to Windowed FullScreen, and all cursor matching was perfect.

    The FullScreen is SLIGHTLY usable since it's like 100 pixels off, but every time I start, I have to switch wo Windowed Fullscreen since the program will NOT remember "Windowed Fullscreen" at shutdown/startup.

    Small inconvenience if I'm changing a setting, but I'm used to the solution now ( albeit slow ).
