Jedi fallen order game keeps crashing after AT AT level

My game keeps crashing after AT AT level. I tried all methods instructed by technical help team but to no reprieve. My computer is good quality and still I am unable to play this game.

Pls someone help me what to do next.. waste my money???

Is there a warranty?? Can we claim refund for game related problems that manufacturer can't solve??

We are tired trying and contacting technical support team.

    I currently have this problem.  Playing on a PC.  Keeps giving me a low level error.  The relevant information I think is here: <ErrorMessage>LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3365] Pak Decompression failed. PakFile: ../../../SwGame/Content/Paks/pakchunk14-WindowsNoEditor.pak.
