    @reaperL5D I don't know if you were able get your issue resolved but the issue I experienced was fixed switching the xbox one controller off bluetooth and back to usb.

same here.  7700k and 1070.   16gb ddr2400 ram. m.2 nvme    window high performance mode.    game stutters bad sometimes in fight scenes or loading new areas.   nothing fixes it.   terrible coding ruining the experience.   i play other games like bfv or witcher 3 with no issues.

Same problem, R5 3600  16ddr3200 1to NVME 2000mb/s  RTX 3090OC

playing on 2500x1080 epic ... max around 100fps and drop to 50fps depending on planet with some stuttering.

if i change to lowest settings same FPS...

full windows/nvidia drivers update no specific apps firewall antivirus.

Wtf with this game EA ?
