Light saber glitch - dual blade goes thru Cal's body vertically (see pic)

Summarize your bug Light saber glitch while using double saber. Can't switch back to single blade. Gitch persist after existing game and relaunching.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Glitch appeared on Bogano near the mantis after searching for chests.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the dual light saber is activated and then goes idol, part of the saber separates and is stored vertically thru Cal's body. Why I have no idea. See pictures
What do you expect to see? The dual saber should be held and then stored after idle.

Please see pictures.  After searching for chests on Bogano, and upon returning to the Mantis, I practiced using different key and mouse combinations practising light saber combat.  Ten the glitch appeared and part of the dual lightsaber separates and is stored vertically through Cal's body.  If left idle long enough, Cal then will recombine the 2 parts as a single component and store them off his belt.  I tried going to Darthomir to see if I could shake the glitch but it persists.  I also exited then game and then back into the save point.  However the glitch remains.  See pictures.
