Loads to EAC Splash Screen then game doesn’t start

I have bought both the Steam and Origin versions just to make sure it’s not a provider problem.  When I run the EAC launcher, the blue bar goes full then the screen exits with no error and the game doesn’t start.  I checked the EAC log and it looks exactly the same as a successful launch (it works on my laptop but not on my new intel i9-10850 with 3080 rtx card.). But if you check the dumps directory, the game did crash immediately upon launch.)

If I run the actual executable directly (without EAC launcher), the game works fine but I can’t play miltiplayer without EAC of course.  Anyone with a similar problem?  Note that there are no error messages anywhere.
