Low resolution on VR

Helloo, On my quest 2 when i turn VR on, my resolution lowers immenselly... How can I improve it? It gets really ugly. On options I have everything on ULTRA

One thing to check is that you have resolution scaling set to 100%.

intry to change the setting from 100% to 200% and insee no difference
if i use the virtual desktop of quest 2 the resolution is amazing, but on a “curved panel desktop” inside oculus. Only when i toggle the vr mode i clearly see the resolution change.
even more, i see that change on my monitor. The image with and wothout VR on the pc monitor chhsnges quality
