Matchmaking balance is completely garbage! Fix it please!

Never queue alone, find a group on discord and get a 5 stack together.

Support is done for this game, any plea for help is the equivalent of yelling at a wall.

@TheBlackxxRanger I guess you are right about getting a Team but this sucks. Another game where you must go in with a full Team or can't play at all because the matchmaking is terrible. It shouldn't come this far but here we are again.
I am still for adding optional search preferences. One game, who did this good was the original Halo 3 (2007). You could prefer skill, good connection and own language.
